The room was spacious with a nice outdoor
Patio, made evenings relaxing. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, our stay was comfortable. Some noise from nearby activities did disrupt our peace at times. It was an enjoyable experience, and we would recommend it to others.

Great accommodation with magnificent and incredible location to the park near the harbour. Location just next door to cafes, restaurants and Saturday market, especially the supermarket and supermarket and other shops. For tea or coffee visit Tozzetti Cafe & Bakery nearby.
Beds were too soft.

John and Jill are excellent hosts. They are quick to take care of everything you need and are very knowledgeable on the local area. The Executive Studio is spacious, modern, and comfortable with had all the amenities you could ask for. I was a solo traveler with a serious cooking habit and the kitchenette had everything I needed. Centrally located in Nelson, you are a five minute walk to great things this charming city has to offer. For the outdoors type, Abel Tasman and Kahurangi parks are less than an hour away by car where the hiking and mountain biking are EPIC! Thanks again to the lovely staff at Cedar Grove for making feel right at home.

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute stroll to the central Nelson CBD and shopping area.
The shower design lacked a booth, made the bathroom quite wet after use.

Very friendly, helpful and excellent welcome from the Manager as he took time to give us very useful information about the area and town.... and then showed us the rooms.

The facilities are very tastefully presented and are sparkling. The owners are very welcoming upon arrival and they were very helpful with my incidental request for the loan of an umbrella when it began to rain as I was leaving to walk to the city centre. I have stayed there previously and the service is consistently very good.

What shines and what doesn't
The cozy outdoor patio was perfect for evening relaxation, while the jacuzzi tub offered a lovely soak after a long hike. Central location enabled seamless walking access to shops and dining.
The air conditioning unit emitted noticeable noise, a minor distraction but did not impede sleep quality.

Very comfortable stay with good facilities and excellent close location to city centre.
A small point but creal bowl too small - like saucers.
